The new ceramic flooring, and upgrades throughout the unit give it a clean, bright and airy feel. The kitchen offers all the conveniences of home with a large granite counter top that can seat four. Large dining area for 6 with adjacent built in wet bar and wine fridge. This is a split unit with each bedroom having access to the lanai. The master bedroom offers a king size bed, walk in closet and private en-suite bath featuring double sinks, bidet and walk-in shower. The guest bedroom offers 2 full size beds and also en-suite bathroom with shower. Living room provides plenty of seating for watching the large HD TV. The lanai has comfortable seating for quiet reading. Laundry in the unit with full size washer and dryer. The gated Imperial Golf Course community is a delightful, quiet community with a large heated swimming pool, tennis courts and exercise room conveniently located a short walk from the door. Summary: This condo was the nicest and most supplied place we ever stayed at. The owner Lou, was very responsive. When we had a question he responded immediately. The view was excellent. We would highly recommend this place.
